Rent returned when beach closed

I recently rented a condo in Gulf Shores through Kaiser. The oil situation meant that beach access was closed on the second day of our stay. Kaiser refunded the unused portion of our stay. Condo was very nice.

We have rented from Kaiser reality several times in Gulf Shores. They have many different condos and beach homes to chhose from in the Gulf Shores area. The prices are about the same as any other realator in the area as far as rentals.
